Our “in house” permitting department begins the process and submits the applications, surveys and extensive environmental paper work often required for marine construction projects. We offer this service only to our customers and work quickly and efficiently to move the permit through the system of city building departments and proper environmental agencies.

Whether it is a RESIDENTIAL SEAWALL, DOCK or BOAT LIFT, each project is scheduled by Anthony Montella, owner and founder of Sea Tech Construction, Inc. and is supervised until completion by knowledgeable industry personnel. CONDOMINIUM SEAWALL and DOCK projects are given particular attention due to special needs of some communities.
